Elf JR - Dallas

Synopsis: Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa's bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. The would-be elf is raised, unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa's permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity. Faced with the harsh reality that his father is on the naughty list and that his half-brother doesn't even believe in Santa, Buddy is determined to win over his new family and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.

Policies of North Texas Performing Arts

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance or production of the same value. All ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of show time. No exchanges will be granted after this time. To make an exchange, please contact the front of house coordinator for your show or email tickets@ntpa.org or call our box office at 972-853-7425. All tickets are valid up to 15 minutes past the documented show start time. Any tickets that have not been used by that point may be voided and sold to other patrons. Refunds are not available to patrons who arrive late. Patrons who arrive more than 15 minutes past the show start time may be allowed into the theatre if their seat has not been resold. Late patrons may be asked to wait until an appropriate time in the show to enter the theatre. Late patrons may also be asked to sit in a different seat than what is stated on their ticket to avoid disrupting the performance.
