Synopsis: The jack-of-all trades, Bert, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Mary Poppins takes the children on many magical and memorable adventures, but Jane and Michael aren't the only ones upon whom she has a profound effect. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that "Anything can happen if you let it."

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance or production of the same value. All ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of show time. No exchanges will be granted after this time. To make an exchange, please contact the front of house coordinator for your show or email tickets@ntpa.org or call our box office at 972-853-7425. All tickets are valid up to 15 minutes past the documented show start time. Any tickets that have not been used by that point may be voided and sold to other patrons. Refunds are not available to patrons who arrive late. Patrons who arrive more than 15 minutes past the show start time may be allowed into the theatre if their seat has not been resold. Late patrons may be asked to wait until an appropriate time in the show to enter the theatre. Late patrons may also be asked to sit in a different seat than what is stated on their ticket to avoid disrupting the performance.
