Please note: This venue offers open seating within two ticketed sections. Tickets reserve admission to either the Premium Section or the Orchestra section; individual seats are not selected or assigned at checkout. Seating within each section is first come, first served.


The N. Best Center for the Arts features comfortable, tiered, movie-theater-style seating with excellent, unobstructed views from nearly every seat. Theater doors generally open approximately 20–25 minutes before showtime, following sound checks. Guests will be admitted in line order and may select any available seat within their purchased section.”

The ticket options could then be labeled:

• Premium Section– $25
• Orchestra Seating – $13 in advance or $15 beginning October 12
• A $2 Save Our Stages fee applies to each ticket


Synopsis: With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage that is run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls in the Orphanage, Annie escapes to the wondrous world of NYC. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations... and even befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt! She finds a new home and family in billionaire, Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

Policies of North Texas Performing Arts

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance or production of the same value. All ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of show time. No exchanges will be granted after this time. To make an exchange, please contact the front of house coordinator for your show or email [email protected] or call our box office at 972-853-7425. All tickets are valid up to 15 minutes past the documented show start time. Any tickets that have not been used by that point may be voided and sold to other patrons. Refunds are not available to patrons who arrive late. Patrons who arrive more than 15 minutes past the show start time may be allowed into the theatre if their seat has not been resold. Late patrons may be asked to wait until an appropriate time in the show to enter the theatre. Late patrons may also be asked to sit in a different seat than what is stated on their ticket to avoid disrupting the performance.
